By accessing this website or engaging services from Zooma Design, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

Zooma Design provides website design, graphic design, branding, and related creative services. Project scope, timelines, and fees are outlined in written proposals, invoices, or email agreements.

2. Payments & No Refunds

All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. Due to the custom nature of design work, refunds are not provided once a project has begun. Final deliverables or website launches may be withheld until full payment is received.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, approvals, and materials, and confirm they have legal rights to all content supplied. Delays in client communication may impact timelines.

4. Revisions

Projects include a reasonable number of revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra fees.

5. Ownership & Usage Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final approved deliverables. Zooma Design retains ownership of drafts, unused concepts, and working files, and may display completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Third-Party Services

Zooma Design is not responsible for third-party platforms, plugins, hosting providers, fonts, or tools used in or recommended for a project.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zooma Design is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. The client remains responsible for payment for all work completed to date. All payments remain non-refundable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
